Location RAIPUR, Burma
Entry A quiet day and night. Major L a B Robinson was posted to the 2/D.L.I as C.O whilst the Bn was fighting an action as their C.O was killed. This left Major F. A. Boshell commanding the two Coys (B+C) on Summerhouse Hill. Remarks: The 2/D.L.I. attacked F.S.D. and D.I.S. today. They succeeded in establishing about 33 men on F.S.D. Later the R.W.F. attacked KUKI PIQUET. The attack did NOT succede [sic] but about 14 men reached F.S.D.
