Sgt Prince and one man both arrived with T.S.M.Gs stepped out and on seeing them the Japs screamed for mercy. Sgt Prince gave the order to fire and 1 gun fired one shot and jammed and the other gun jammed without firing. The one shot hit one of the enemy. Many track signs were observed and pieces of paper with Jap inscriptions were brought back by the patrol. All other patrols cancelled and the patrol from HKAMWEYWA was recalled.
