Location Indin, Burma
Entry Recce. Left at 0900 HRS and made a recce of possible new posns in GOUDUSARA area in the hills. During the afternoon recce. Groups made another recce of possible new posns round the village of CHIRADAN about half a mile W. of GODUSARA on the plains. The Bn was now at 1 hours notice to move to either of the above posns. During the evening the KANTHE patrol returned having met and killed one Jap in the Chaung about a mile and a half W. of KANTHE. No identification was obtained however as there were enemy on the commanding posns of Pt 510. Contact was made with 7/15 PUNJABS who had a small engagement with the enemy the previous evening.
