| Entry | At 08.00 hrs. the T.M.S. DEMPO docked. It was for the Bn. a historic occasion as it is the only time since the formation of the Regiment, as far as is known, that the two Battalions, both 1st and 2nd, have been in the same place at the same time. The second Battalion in their capacity as hosts took infinite trouble to entertain all officers and OR's. They invited everyone to lunch and, incidentally, did them extremely well. |
