| Entry | Bn moves fwd to HENGSTERHOLZ (5387). Coys carried part of the way on RA quads and then approaching villages tactically owing to the BLACK WATCH having by-passed it. Except for rd blocks and craters the village was cleared without any opposition. During the night an enemy patrol approached C Coy's area but withdrew when fired on leaving 1 man behind dead. |
