| Entry | 214 Bde had been successful and bn moved off at 0700 hrs and crossed river. The tpt was delayed by mines, recently located, But the marching tps moved on to intermediate objective and met no oppostion. News was then received that ATHIS had been captured by 11 Armd Div and that en had withdrawn towardes [towares] R. SEINE. The bn remained in posn in area 925308 and rested without even digging in. |
