Entry 0040: Call from Capt Cork to Adjt, that we would take on by 1100 hrs the five guards at Armentieres from 15th Inf Bde 0830: Bn Dep at various times on 11 miles route march (less C & D Coys. C taking over guards at Armentieres and Frelinghein. D Coy at the range). A report centre opened by Signals at COLBRAS, and touch kept with column en route by lamp 1100: C Coy took over guards at Armentieres from 1 Green Howards and at Frelinghein from 1 KOYLI 1210: Bn returned from route march 1400: Lt-Col Moore to ARMENTIERES and FRELINGHEIN to see billets of 'C' Coy.
