| Entry | Bn prepared to march to PEIN-GA the first stage of our move to THAYETPINZU which is a distance of 13 miles and is east of MU river opposite YE-U. The advance party left at 0700 hrs for the rest area, the Bn following at 0920 hrs. After an uneventful march we arrived staging area at 1220 hrs where we immediately dug in and partook of tiffin awaiting our arrival. Remainder of day was spent resting and a quiet night followed.
