| Entry | Reveille 0730 hrs. Breakfast was at 0830. The C.O. held a conference at 0945 to give details of the move. The RWF marched out at 1100 hrs followed by its own and our M.T. The Bn marched out at 1100 hrs wearing large packs. After a tiring march due to large quantities of MT on the road using head lights we crossed the Chindwin River via the new bridge arriving at staging area 3 KAING at 1945 hrs. After a meal all ranks bedded down. The C.O. held a conference at 2145 hrs giving details of the following days move. |
