| Entry | The C.O held a conference 2 i/c, I.O., all Coy Comdrs, QM, MO, Padre SO Mortar Officer M.T.O. and gave out routine and standing orders. The day was spent in organising and clearing the area. Slit trenches were dug as a precaution against air attack. A Coy comd went with the C.O. to the air strip preparatory to taking over the defence of same. |
