Entry At 2.30 am 1/KRRC and 1/KINGS raided enemy posts in front of AYETTE At 1.30 pm a wire was received stating that our patrols were entering PUISIEUX and that the enemy was shelling SERRE. Patrols were sent forward by 1/KRRC and found that the enemy were still holding MOYBLAIN Trench. A and C Companies which had been ordered to move to CALVERLEY and CARUSO Copses returned to their old positions at about 12 midnight. Everything normal during the night.
