| Entry | Nothing occurred during the day. A patrol of A Company moved N of JAM SAP to ascertain whether enemy were working on their new trench at this point but could trace no movement. A fighting patrol of A Co under 2/Lieut LORD again searched the neighbourhood of the gunpits on VILLAGE ROAD in the hopes of securing an identification but were unsuccessful The patrol was fired on by enemy MG. Other patrols were also sent out by D Co on the right. |
