Entry Weather continuing warm and fine. Every officer and man with the Battalion went through both lachrymatory and chlorine gas tests under supervision of 2nd Divn Gas Officer in the morning. Orders having been received to return to CAMBRIN RIGHT, the Battalion moved to BEUVRY at noon, handing over GORRE CHATEAU to 2/S/Staffs. In the afternoon, The Commdg Officer and Adjutant visited 5/Sherwood Foresters at Battn HQ CAMBRIN RIGHT and discussed preliminary details of relief on 20th.
