Entry Weather fine and warmer. At 8.30 the Portuguese Reconnaissance party left us. L/C Abrock and L/C Humphries both of D Coy were killed in PRINCES ISLAND during the afternoon by an enemy "pineapple" falling in a grenade dump. At 11 pm the 1st Portuguese Brigade on our left raided the enemy trenches in S.22.c supported by an artillery barrage. Casualties nil.
