Location France, Front Line Trenches CAMBRIN RIGHT
Entry Weather hot. Enemy very quiet during the morning. Trench Mortars active in the afternoon. At 5.30pm the Battalion was relieved by 1st KRRC and moved into support. Relief complete 7.35pm. The Battalion was disposed as follows in support: Headquarters at ANNEQUIN. No 1 Company in RESERVE TRENCH. No 2 Company in FACTORY DUGOUTS with one platoon at ANNEQUIN. Casualties: 2/Lt M G ROBERTS was killed during the relief. 2/Lt O'DELL joined the Battalion.
