On 10 June 1912, England, Gosport. Battalion (25 Officers and 534 Rank and File) by rail to Wool, Dorset, for Company Training and Field Firing, returning to Gosport on 6 July.
On 1 Aug 1912, England, Gosport. Battalion (24 Officers and 592 Rank and File) by 1030 train for Parkhouse Camp, for Battalion, Brigade and Divisional Training.
On 10 Sept 1912, England, Aldershot. Battalion marched to Longmoor for inspection by Inspector General of Forces, returning to Aldershot after the inspection on 12 September.
On 15 Sept 1912, England, Ludgershall. Battalion (less 'C' Company) by two trains to Potton, Cambridgeshire and returned by rail to Gosport on 20 September.
On 8 Oct 1912, England, Southampton. One Officer, one Sergeant and 139 Other Ranks embarked for 2nd Battalion. A further one Corporal and 35 Men embarked for 2nd Battalion on 11 January 1913.
