On 21 May 1903, England, Salisbury. Regiment arrived mid-day for Mayoral Reception and refreshments at the Council Chamber banqueting each hall man receiving sandwiches, beer or mineral water, a cigarette and matches. Officers took light refreshments in the entrance hall. About 2.00 p.m. marched to Railway Station, entrained and departed for Aldershot (Liss Station)

On 8 Sept 1903, England, Aldershot. Battalion (Headquarters, Band and Drums, 'A', 'B', 'C', 'E' and 'F' Companies) marched to camp at Redaw Hill for autumn Manoeuvres. On 12 September moved in two trains to Shipton Station, near Oxford, and marched to Burford Camp. Marched to Wantage (22 miles) on 14 September, marched to Newbury (16 miles) on 15 September and operated between Newbury and Hungerford
On 9 Sept 1903, England, Woking. Battalion marched to Ash and encamped for manoeuvres. The next day it marched to Frencham Common, to Petersfield on 12 September, to Avington Park on 14 September, to Kingsclere on 15 September, to West Shefford on 16 September, to Crookham Common on 18 September, to Swallowfield on 19 September, returning to Woking on 20 September.
On 18 Sept 1903, England, Near Newbury. Battalion marched through Newbury to Kingsclere (18 miles), marched to Basingstoke (10 miles) on 19 September, marched to Longmoor Camp (20 miles) on 20 September.
On 21 Sept 1903, England, Liss Station. Regiment arrived, marched to Longmoor Camp, already prepared by detail (strength five Officers and 155 Other Ranks) joining Battalion
