Took no part in the action, guarding Line of Transports. 'B' company drove off - without rifle fire - enemy advancing on extreme left. Enemy defeated with 300 killed. Own (whole column) casualties, eight killed 16 wounded. Advanced and occupied Inyezane Heights. Bivouacked for night.
