On 29 Oct 1830, India, Banagalore. 1st Division marched to Bangalore arriving 29 October. Remainder of Regiment arriving 16 November. The Regiment remained stationed at Bangalore for the next six months
On 14 May 1831, India, Bangalore. Flank Companies, under the command of Major Singleton, with a Brigade of Guns, for the purpose of joining the field force assembled at Sheemogh, under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel R.L. Evans, Honorable Company's Service of the Mysore Division. The companies, by forced and difficult marching, joined the force on the 29 May,
On 29 May 1831, India, Sheemogh. The whole force were ordered to advance upon Nugger.
On arrival, they found it to be evacuated. Tranquillity having been restored in the province, the troops re-commenced their march for Bangalore, where they arrived on the 10 July. The companies while with the field force lost nine men from cholera. The companies received the thanks of the Major-General commanding the Mysore division, and of the Government, and Commader-in-Chief, in common with the rest of the troops, for their services on this occasion. The Regiment remained in Bangalore until the end of the year
During Oct 1832, India, Bangalore. A conspiracy was discovered and several Native troops were sentenced to death. Six of them were blown from cannon, and two shot by musketry, the remainder were transported for life. Also severe Influenza epidemic - no fatalities
On 1 Mar 1833, India, Chittor. Regiment halted here for muster. The march was resumed on 3 March. An outbreak of cholera began. At a camp halt at Kulgherry the wife of Private Stephen Shipway died of cholera, together with five men and the child of Dr. Rodford, Regimental Surgeon.
On 16 Mar 1833, India, Nellore. Cholera continues. Shortage of transport for the sick. Draft animals dying from hunger and fatigue. On 21 March the march was resumed. Cholera believed over - wrongly
On 26 Mar 1833, India, Ramapatam. The Regiment arriving here, encamped, almost on the beach, The march was resumed the next day, with sea on right to Carvadoo
On 13 Apr 1833, India, Masulipatam. March completed. Cholera abated. The Regiment arrived with three hundred and eighty-six men fit for duty, and camped outside Fort
On 16 Apr 1833, India, Masulipatam. 45th Regiment marched out en route for Secunderabad. 62nd Regiment marched into Barracks in the Fort. Still 'Continuing sickly'
During May 1833, Canada, Toronto. Regiment transferred here by steamer up Lake Ontario. Headquarters at barracks on Lake shore, plus five detachments at out stations
