The author Robert Lyman will present a fascinating insight into the most brutal campaign of WWII - the so called “Forgotten War” in India and Burma, revealing it to be a ferocious clash of competing vision of empire, and a pivotal campaign changing the future of Britain and the Indian subcontinent forever. Robert will also be signing copies of his latest book of the same title.
All visitors are invited to join us in the magnificent Wardrobe building for an entertaining evening.
Tickets cost £10 each and includes a glass of wine or soft drink on arrival.
